Who we are and what this covers
PulseNet365 is HR management built for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and a product of Alphavima Technologies Inc., Unit 415, 6755 Mississauga Road, Mississauga, ON L5N 7Y2, Canada. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Alphavima Technologies.
This page explains what the PulseNet365 website does with information about you. It covers this website only. How PulseNet365 handles your employees’ data inside the product is covered by the agreement provided with your written quote. The full Alphavima privacy policy also applies.
What you tell us through our forms
The contact and demo form asks for your first name, last name, business name, work email, phone number (optional), company size, whether you run Business Central, the modules you are interested in and a message. Shorter pop-up forms on module pages and blog posts ask only for your name, work email and company.
Each form also records the page it was sent from, so we can reply with the right context, and includes a hidden field that helps filter out spam. We do not ask for sensitive information, so please leave it out of your message.
How we use what you send
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo or walkthrough, prepare a quote you have asked for and follow up with you about PulseNet365. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.
If you no longer want to hear from us about PulseNet365, reply to any email from us or write to sales@alphavima.com and we will stop.
Where your enquiry is stored
When you submit a form, the submission is saved in this website’s WordPress database and sent by email to the Alphavima team who handle PulseNet365 enquiries. That team works from offices in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, India and the UAE, so your enquiry may be read in any of those countries.
The site assistant and WhatsApp
The chat assistant on this site runs in your browser and answers from a knowledge base built into the page. The questions you type into it are not sent to us or to anyone else.
The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a short starter message you can edit. Anything you send there goes through WhatsApp, and Meta’s terms and privacy policy apply to it. We receive only what you choose to send.
Cookies and browser storage
No analytics or advertising cookies are set on this staging site today. If we add analytics, we will update this page and ask for consent where the law requires it.
A few small preferences are kept in your browser’s local storage, for example the currency you choose on the pricing page. They stay on your device, and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
How long we keep enquiries
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to reply, follow up and keep a sensible record of our conversation with you. When they are no longer needed, we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights and choices
You can ask to see the details you sent us, correct them, delete them or stop further contact. Email sales@alphavima.com from the address you used on the form, or give us enough detail to find your enquiry, and we will act on your request.
Depending on where you live, data protection law may give you further rights. If you are unhappy with our reply, you can also contact your local data protection authority.
Keeping your information safe
Alphavima Technologies is ISO 27001 certified. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information through the forms, the chat assistant or WhatsApp. If we need something like that, we will ask for it another way.
Changes to this privacy policy
We will update this page when the website starts doing something new with your information, such as adding analytics or a new form. This version was last reviewed in September 2026.
